We had another wonderful day in class today. In 4th grade math, students took the Unit 2 Test. They seemed very confident when they turned their papers in. In 3rd grade math, students worked with a partner to solve and write multiplication and divsion story problems using our PESL strategy and uploaded their two photos to Seesaw.
In reading, we finished reading the novel Stone Fox. The kids really enjoyed the story. We watched the movie afterwards. The kids enjoyed comparing the book to the movie. There were many differences.
Finally, at the end of the day, Mrs. Davis' class shared their class' book of published personal narratives. The kids in both classes enjoyed reading the stories. When your kids get home today, please ask them to show you the book of their published pieces. It's great! We plan to do one with both classes soon!
